Pagbangon ng Kasaysayan: A Review of 'Bonifacio and Supremo' Musical Play

     February 26, 2026 at USeP, Obrero Gymnasium        Upon entering I witnessed a wide arena of students whose eyes were filled with anticipation, and I couldn't blame them because at the very entrance of the hall the atmosphere was already set with something exciting yet unfamiliar. It was a mystery that made me curious with its plot, cast, and their performance. As it began, a dosage of nostalgia started to creep in my system.           At the beginning of the play— Bonifacio ang Supremo—I was already impressed with their acting performance as they truly embodied the persona of the characters each actor played. With every word they sang and swayed they triggered a wave of emotions to me and made me think: Every movie I have ever watched never evoked such emotions to me.
